The Trail Boss Level is for stylists who are successfully growing their clientele or are experienced professionals new to Western Blonde Salon. These stylists are busy, respected for their skills, and consistently hit key benchmarks like customer satisfaction and receiving referrals from loyal clients. Much like a seasoned trail boss, they manage their schedules with authority, using their expertise to lead the way. They often delegate tasks such as shampooing, glazing, and finish work to licensed associates. Educators also start at this level and work side-by-side with their associates to guide them in skill application. While their prices are a bit lower than our highest level, their appointments are generally more accessible, and they are well on their way to becoming a top-tier stylist at Western Blonde Salon.

Level 4: Cattle Queen

A true leader in the beauty world, much like a Cattle Queen on her ranch, this stylist commands attention with unmatched expertise and dedication. She’s in charge of all the fine details of color and design, ensuring every client leaves feeling their best. While many Level 4 stylists work hand-in-hand with their licensed associates, who perform the same tasks as the stylist, from the color process to shampooing, glazing, and finish work—not all Level 4s do. Some prefer to handle every step of the process themselves. Regardless of approach, the Cattle Queen remains at the helm, overseeing and perfecting the artistry.
